DiJack, J & D Financial of Miami Florida extort money for those they lease commercial properties to like the one they call Deep Creek Commons or Deep Creek Shop[ping Center on Sandhill Blvd. in Charlotte County Florida. On their J & D Financial Website it states they want to "HELP" the small business suceed. But that is not true. They lie cheat and extort money to make the small business owner suffer. They refuse to compensate their tennents when undergoing a building program which damages the connected business. Businesses beware of Jack Carmel and his many disguises under the various business names listed above.
